The International Marian Research Institute
The International Marian Research Institute (IMRI) at University of Dayton was established in 1974. It honors the university’s and the Marianists’ commitment to advancing Marian studies through research, publications, an annual gathering focused on Mariology, and more.
IMRI is recognized nationally and internationally for its scholarly efforts on Mary of Nazareth, which are shared with the public through various channels.

The Marian Library
Founded in 1943 by Marianists at the University of Dayton, the Marian Library is globally recognized as the premier destination for scholarship and research on Mary, the mother of Jesus, and is central to the Catholic and Marianist identity of University of Dayton. The Marian Library documents diverse expressions of devotion to Mary and provides public outreach through exhibits, programs and reference services. The Marian Library’s holdings include circulating and rare books, as well as periodicals, artwork, and archival materials. The collections are international in scope and include materials in more than 150 languages.

The North American Center for Marianist Studies
The North American Center for Marianist Studies (NACMS) offers an extensive selection of print materials on Marianist topics, as well as virtual learning courses. You’ll find information on Marianist history and spirituality, Marianist founders and Marianist martyrs, as well as resources for use in educational and retreat settings. NACMS also offers affordable, flexible virtual learning programs.
